I ordered from iscsuspension-na.com thinking the install would be simple, but it turned into a way bigger project than I expected. Right from the start, it felt like I was missing little details that should’ve been explained better.
The instructions were just too basic for me. They covered the obvious stuff, but skipped over the small things that actually matter when you’re under the car trying to figure out what goes where. I kept pausing to look up videos and double-checking things, and at some points I was basically just guessing, which was Super frustrating.

Maybe a shop would knock it out without a problem, but as a DIY install, this was Not easy. I burned through most of my day on it and even after finishing, it still didn’t feel totally right. Definitely harder than I was expecting

It didn’t last long at all. Felt worn out quickly. Faster than I expected, for sure

I was expecting these to be better. The finish looked rough. One part also felt cheaply made. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

When the package showed up, I was annoyed. The box was beat up, half open, and there barely seemed to be any padding inside. For the price, I really expected it to be packed better. But then I checked everything, and somehow the parts were fine and nothing was missing, so I calmed down a bit. Still, they should definitely improve the packaging.

I reached out for help and basically got swallowed by the void. No real response, no useful support, nothing. It felt like I was just being ignored the whole time, which was incredibly frustrating

I ordered some parts expecting them to show up in a reasonable amount of time, but apparently they decided to take the scenic route. Shipping was really slow, and updates were scarce, which was super helpful, obviously. Kind of frustrating when you actually need the stuff sooner rather than later.

I ordered coilovers for my 2016 WRX and the fitment info on the site ended up being right. Everything lined up like it should, and there weren’t any weird surprises during install. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but something about it still felt like a solid overall experience

I reached out about an issue and kept getting slow replies with no clear answer. It felt like I had to keep chasing them for every little update, and in the end nothing actually got fixed.

This just wasn’t worth the money for me. I was expecting better quality for the price, but it ended up feeling Overpriced compared to other stuff I’ve bought. Then the shipping and extra fees made it even more annoying. maybe it works for some people, but I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

There are definitely plenty of adjustment options, and once you finally get it set up, it’s decent enough. But getting it dialed in took way longer than I expected, to the point where it started feeling frustrating. I shouldn’t have to spend that much time messing with it just to make it work comfortably.

i put these on my car and the ride got rough. every little bump feels sharp now, even just driving around on normal roads. i figured they’d feel firmer, but for daily driving it’s gotten annoying fast

I kept waiting for tech support to get back to me, and the whole time I was thinking, okay, maybe they’re just busy, maybe they’ll have an easy fix. But when they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve anything. I basically ended up feeling like I was figuring it out on my own, which was frustrating.
